Our modern luxury self catering holiday apartment is well-furnished, fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. This stylish flat overlooks mature gardens, ornamental fish-ponds, sun terraces, and a superb multi-level swimming pool.  The accommodation of the flat is imaginatively designed and our apartment faces south towards the Pine Walk.  It has private underground parking, secure bike storage, a utility room, a large balcony and a 70 sq m private roof garden with wonderful views.  Fast WIFI is available. There are 3 bedrooms, with one king-size, one double and two single (offset bunk) beds; all have fitted wardrobes.  The bathroom is en-suite with the master bedroom and there is a  family shower room (refurbished for 2012), both with thermostatic showers.

Equipment in the apartment is comprehensive and well above normal holiday rental standards;  CD stereo, 32in FreesatHD led tv (all UK channels), 100 DVD films, filtered drinking water, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch fan oven, Siemens fridge/freezer, ceramic hob,  microwave,  washing machine, small library, wall safe, luggage scales, weather centre and every small appliance you can think of...... 

The apartment roof terrace, reached by the stairwell, is a wonderfully private luxury space with; shaded dining, gas bbq, table tennis, hammock, stylish loungers, drinks fridge, hot shower, mature flower beds, potted plants and flexible lighting.

A boat mooring is included. It is located by the Hotel Illa d'Or pier, 300m from the apartment.

PUERTO POLLENSA AND BELLRESGUARD

Northern Mallorca is delightfully unspoiled, with spectacular scenery and sheltered sandy beaches. Puerto Pollensa (Port de Pollenca) is the best resort in the area, retaining its charm whilst offering excellent holiday facilities.

The Bellresguard apartments/flats and villa complex is quietly located just 100m from the Pine Walk and the beach, but the centre of Puerto Pollensa is a short walk away along the shady, traffic-free, promenade beside grand villas known as the Pine Walk.

In addition to swimming, snorkelling and simply relaxing, available activities near the apartment include tennis, golf, sailing, cycling, windsurfing, scuba diving, horse riding and hill-walking. In spring and autumn an enormous variety of migratory birds can be seen in the adjacent woods and in the beautiful Boquer Valley which is just a 5 minute walk away.  Pollensa golf club is about 5 miles from the apartment and is open to the public.

Transfer time from Palma airport to the flat in Puerto Pollensa is under an hour by road.
