Puerto Pollensa, Majorca

(Port de Pollenca, Mallorca) has been a popular holiday destination with British visitors for nearly a century.

Originally holidaymakers stayed mostly in hotels, but there is now also a wide choice of commercial and private self catering properties available for holiday rental; apartments, penthouses, villas and fincas. 

The port is on Pollensa Bay, which Sir Francis Chichester is reputed to have said was the finest he had ever seen. The unspoiled main town of Pollensa is 5km to the west. We may be biased but, having travelled throughout Spain and its islands, we are convinced that Majorca is the best holiday region, and on Majorca, Puerto Pollensa is the best resort.

It has superb beaches, safe bathing, a wild mountain backdrop, and wonderful walking.
